Subject: W.E. Hutchings Ranch - Sunnyside - After developing water for irrigation purposes on this new
ranch site, Mr. Hutchings and sons cleared new ground for alfalfa, hay and other farm products. He is a pioneer in every
sense of the word. Cattle, sheep and hogs, in addition to this fine flock of White Leghorns, is raised on this ranch,

be 98 years old. At this low altitude the winters are mild and the summers are hot. The soil is fertile and supplied with
water from Large springs (natural) and artesian wells. A new well has just been brought in at 1100 gallons per minute.
